"NammaStack", "we", "us", and "our" refer to NammaStack, a design and engineering studio based in Pondicherry, India. "You" refers to anyone visiting our website or engaging our services.
2. Use of the website

- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or index the site at scale
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

3. Engagements and proposals
Any work we agree to undertake for you will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work that we'll sign with you. These terms apply to general use of our site and pre-engagement communications; once a project starts, the signed agreement takes precedence.

All content on this website — including text, design, code, illustrations, and logos — is owned by NammaStack or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Client work is owned by the client per the terms of each Statement of Work; in the absence of a contrary agreement, deliverables transfer to the client upon final payment.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared with us in the course of an engagement — strategies, code, designs, financials — is treated as confidential. We sign mutual NDAs when requested, and we don't reference client work publicly without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Information published here is for general guidance and shouldn't be taken as professional advice for your specific situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NammaStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to ₹10,000 (or the local equivalent). Engagement-specific liability is set out in each Master Services Agreement.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Puducherry — except where a signed engagement specifies otherwise.
