We want every client to feel good about working with NammaStack. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long it takes to process.
1. Project engagements
NammaStack engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SoW) that specifies scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment schedule. Refund eligibility depends on which milestone you're in and what work has been completed.
2. Refund eligibility
You are eligible for a refund of unused fees in the following situations:
- Within 7 days of paying a deposit, if we have not started discovery or design work — full refund.
- Mid-project cancellation, if you choose to end the engagement before a milestone is delivered — pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees, less work completed and any non-recoverable costs (third-party licenses, hosting, etc.).
- Failure to deliver, if NammaStack is unable to deliver a milestone within 30 days of the agreed date and we cannot mutually agree on a revised timeline — refund of fees for that milestone.
3. Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable:
- Completed and approved milestones
- Third-party costs we've paid on your behalf (domains, licenses, stock assets, infrastructure)
- Discovery, research, or design work that has been delivered and signed off
- Retainer fees for the current month once work has begun
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email accounts@nammastack.com with:
- The project name and Statement of Work reference
- The invoice number(s) you'd like refunded
- A brief reason for the request
We'll acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
5. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–14 additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate to our founders by writing to hello@nammastack.com. We aim to resolve disputes amicably within 14 days. If we can't reach an agreement, the dispute resolution clause in your Statement of Work applies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your signed Statement of Work governs that engagement.
